Guest Access
Cross Lake Inn is a security-conscious facility. For the safety of our guests, staff and their belongings, the lobby doors remain locked. Registered guests receive a room key that provides access to the building, designated guest facilities and their assigned room.

Late check-out is not automatic and must be requested directly from Inn staff.
Approval depends on:
room availability;
upcoming reservations;
housekeeping schedules; and
operational requirements.
Guests must receive approval before remaining in the room past 11:00 AM. Requesting a late check-out does not guarantee that it will be granted.
Any applicable late check-out fee will be confirmed when the request is approved.
Guests who remain in the room after 11:00 AM without authorization may be charged an additional fee. If the delay prevents the room from being prepared for an incoming reservation, further charges may apply.
A late check-out does not extend access to all Inn services or facilities beyond their regular hours.
Reservations must be cancelled or reduced at least 48 hours before the scheduled check-in time of 3:00 PM.
For example, a reservation beginning on Friday must be cancelled or reduced by 3:00 PM on Wednesday.
Cancellations received less than 48 hours before check-in will be charged the cost of the first night’s stay for each room reserved. The charge will be applied to the credit card used to secure the reservation.
A reservation is considered a no-show when the guest does not arrive on the scheduled arrival date and has not contacted Cross Lake Inn to cancel or arrange a late arrival.
No-shows will be charged the first night’s stay for each room reserved, and the rooms may be released for other guests.
Requests to change a reservation must be made directly with Cross Lake Inn. Modifications may include:
changing arrival or departure dates;
changing the number or type of rooms;
adding or removing rooms;

arranging a late arrival.
All modifications are subject to room availability. Changes may also result in a different room rate.
Requests that reduce the number of rooms or shorten the reservation must be received at least 48 hours before the scheduled 3:00 PM check-in time.
Changes made less than 48 hours before check-in that remove a room, shorten a stay or move the reservation to another date will be treated as a late cancellation. The first night’s stay may be charged for each affected room.
Adding rooms or extending a stay is subject to availability and the applicable room rate at the time the change is requested.
Guests are responsible for confirming that their cancellation or booking modification has been received and approved by Cross Lake Inn.
