Can I make, modify or cancel a reservation through the contact form?

No. Routine reservation requests must be completed through the online booking system. Use the contact form only when the system cannot locate your reservation or you require special assistance.

What payment methods are accepted?

Cross Lake Inn accepts credit-card payments only.  We do not accept American Express.

What is the cancellation and no-show policy?

Guests who cancel outside the permitted cancellation period or fail to arrive may be charged the first night’s stay for each room reserved.

Check In is 3:00 pm.  Check Out is 11:00 am

Are pets permitted?

Yes. The pet fee is $20 per pet, per night. Guests must disclose pets when making their reservation and follow the Inn’s pet policy.

Can I cook in my room?

No. Personal cooking appliances and cooking are not permitted in guest rooms. Guests may inquire about access to the shared commercial kitchen.

Room amenities include:

Is guest laundry available?

Yes. Guest laundry services are available for a nominal fee.

Is parking available?

Yes. On-site parking is available for registered guests. Vehicles and personal property are left at the owner’s risk.

Guests requiring accessibility arrangements or special assistance should contact the Inn before arrival so staff can discuss available options.

Is smoking permitted?

Guests must follow the Inn’s smoking, tobacco and vaping policy. Cannabis smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property.

Yes. Eligible alcoholic beverage containers are subject to Manitoba’s refundable container-deposit requirements.

Is identification required?

Customers must meet the legal age requirements and may be required to present valid government-issued identification.

Can the hospitality room be booked?

Yes. The hospitality room may be booked for small group meetings, catered gatherings and business needs.

Do you accept group or business bookings?

Is a commercial kitchen available?

Yes. Registered guests may inquire about access to the shared commercial kitchen. Use is subject to availability, approval and the shared-facilities policy.

The Islanders Lounge is located on site at Cross Lake Inn.

Is the lounge restricted to adults?

Yes. The Islanders Lounge is an 18+ establishment.  ID is required.  We ask you to please drink responsibly.

Yes. VLTs are available in the lounge for eligible adult patrons.
