The Inn features a:

This is a security concious facility. The lobby doors remain locked for the safety and security of our guests and their belongings. Your guest key gains access to the building, facilities and your room.

This Inn is not suitable for young children or families as such we are an Adult only hotel. Guests must be 18 years or older.

Service Animals - Service animals welcome. / Pets Allowed - 2 pets max. 80lbs or less per pet. / Fees - 20CAD per night. / Other Information - Contact hotel for additional details and availability. Pet must be comfortable with other animals as Cross Lake has working dogs on the property.

All room bookings must be secured with a credit card. Rooms may be paid with cash, credit card, or debit card at the end of your stay at check out. A room deposit will be required at check in and will be returned at check out with the return of your key.

In case of a change of plans, rooms need to be cancelled 24 hours prior to your booking otherwise a cancellation fee of $150 will be applied to the card used to secure the booking.
